Covid 19 Policy

At In Stitches we are committed to ensuring that we offer a safe and inviting environment for our customers and staff and do all we can to prevent the further spread of Covid-19. We have been abiding by government guidelines and we closed our shop as soon as the first government announcement was made in March. We will continue to follow government advice for the duration of the crisis.

When our doors are open we want to ensure you can shop with us safely and with confidence so we have introduced a number of new measures.

When we have to close due to government guidance and lockdowns, we will still be operating behind the scenes to get orders out to our customers by post or for you to pick up from the shop under Social Distancing guidance. We may be able to arrange delivery within a short radius of Stroud if you are isolating or shielding. Once you have made your order let us know if this is something you would like.

We ask when visiting our shop that you follow guidelines we have provided. On arrival to the shop please wear a mask and use the hand sanitiser provided - if you don't, please do not be offended if we ask you to do so. Any customers that feel they don't need to follow these guidelines will be asked nicely to leave. We ask that you visit in maximum numbers of two. Due to these changes you may experience wait times in store. We ask for your patience and consideration and once you enter the shop that you keep your browsing to purchasing your goods only.

We have fitted perspex screens for the protection of staff and customers. Please refrain from coming behind the screen. Please follow social distancing guidelines.
